The role involves day-to-day responsibilities such as managing property listings, conducting viewings, liaising with clients, and assisting with property valuations.
The employee will also handle inquiries, negotiate sales, and ensure a seamless purchasing or letting process for clients.
In addition, the candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality social media content to promote properties, increase brand visibility, and engage with potential clients across digital platforms.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the team to deliver excellent service and achieve sales targets.
Strong Sales skills and the ability to negotiate effectively

Organized, self-motivated, and a team player
PSRA registration or willingness to obtain one
Previous experience in real estate is a plus but not required
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle would be beneficial
