Restaurant Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead and manage the Restaurant Food and Beverage team, ensuring high standards of service delivery to our guests. This key role within the operational team requires a highly motivated and established individual who can effectively manage all aspects of the restaurant operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including communication with relevant parties and effective leadership of their department. They will deliver an exceptional experience to all guests in accordance with established standards of service, maintain a high level of team ethos, and lead by example showcasing a strong floor presence.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess:
* A third-level qualification in hotel management or equivalent

* Self-motivation, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
* The ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a busy team
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
