Your Responsibilities

* Guest relations are a key aspect of this role, including handling any issues or complaints that may arise.
* Health and safety is also a critical aspect of this position, encompassing fire walks, security checks, and first aid.
* Front Office duties include running the night audit report and check-in/check-out guests.
* You will manage a team of Night Porters and oversee their nightly tasks.
* Food and Beverage service at night falls under your purview.
Requirements
* Two to three years of experience in a similar night or reception role is essential.
* A deep understanding of the hotel industry is required.
* Prior hospitality experience is mandatory.
* Strong computer skills and knowledge of Opera are necessary.
* Familiarity with electronic front office systems such as Brilliant is also essential.
* Excellent leadership and development skills are crucial.
* Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to delegate tasks effectively are vital.
* A warm, friendly, and approachable demeanor when interacting with colleagues and guests is essential.
