Restaurant Manager Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy restaurant.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with a passion for excellent customer service and proven leadership skills to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Key responsibilities include ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of food quality and service, managing staff schedules, and monitoring budgets to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
* Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house and kitchen teams.
* Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships.
* Monitor and analyse sales performance, costs, and profitability.
Requirements:
A minimum of five years of relevant experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry, or a relevant qualification (Level 6 or higher) in Hospitality or Restaurant Management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Additionally, they must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and have good knowledge of food safety standards and best practices. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays is also required.
