We are seeking an experienced and talented Management Accountant to join our SME Team and work closely with our Head of SME, Partners and specialist teams.
The ideal candidate will be based from one of our local offices in the following locations: Kilkenny Head office, Dublin or Naas.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Financial Reviews - Work closely with clients to provide tailored financial insights, analysing both financial and non-financial data to support their future decision-making.
Budgets & Forecasts - Prepare, monitor, and interpret budgets and forecasts to guide clients' strategic planning.
Management Accounts - Support clients with preparation of regular management reports, identifying key trends, variances, and opportunities for growth.
Benchmarking - Analysing multiple entities financial performance and establishing achievable goals for each business.
Collaborate - Work alongside our Head of SME and support the wider ifac team to deliver exemplary service to our clients.
You will be:
A CGMA/CPA/ACA/ACCA qualified accountant with a minimum of three years' experience working in a Public Practice/Finance environment.
An analytical mindset and aptitude to learn and develop your management accounting skills.
Attention to detail with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to learning and professional development, particularly in management accounting practices.
