Summary of Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects across various departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage the delivery of bespoke precast projects from award to completion, ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are maintained.
· Act as the main point of contact for all site-related communication with contractors, site managers, and clients.
· Coordinate with installation teams, providing necessary documentation, drawings, and logistical support.
· Conduct site surveys for both bespoke and standard flooring projects, including pre-installation checks and dimensional verification.
· Assist in the project management of standard flooring jobs when time and workload allow.
· Attend regular site visits, coordination meetings, and monitor progress on live projects.
· Resolve technical and installation issues quickly and effectively, escalating where necessary.
· Ensure compliance with relevant health & safety standards, site protocols, and company procedures.
· Maintain accurate records and reports on site activity, progress, and any variations or issues.
· Support the continuous development of client relationships and help build the company's reputation through professionalism and problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience
· HNC / HND or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar discipline.
· Minimum 1–2 years' site-based experience in construction, preferably in precast or structural concrete.
· Competent in reading and interpreting technical and construction drawings.
· Good organisational and communication skills.
· Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Full clean driving licence (site travel is essential).
· Valid Safe Pass (Ireland).
· Proficiency in site surveying tools (e.g. laser levels, total stations).
· Experience working with lifting operations, temporary works, or precast installation logistics.
· AutoCAD or CAD-viewing skills for basic drawing checks or markups.
· Appointed Person (Lifting Operations) certification.
· Knowledge of construction health & safety regulations in ROI or UK.
· First Aid at Work certification
Working Conditions:
· Outdoor environment with exposure to weather, dust, and noise.
· Physical role requiring lifting, standing, and operating equipment for extended periods.
· Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work based on production needs.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
· Comfort with working in tight spaces, high altitudes, or other challenging environments.
· Willingness to work flexible hours
