Job Opportunity: Training Systems Manager
The role of the Training Systems Manager encompasses responsibility for IT systems and administration associated with managing and ensuring the quality of all training processes.
* Lead the Networks Training Centre, Systems, Design and administrative teams to deliver an exceptional service to the business.
* Accountable for designing and developing content for classroom and digital training, leveraging expertise in instructional design principles.
* Oversee the process of designing new training interventions as requested by the business stakeholders.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as IT or Engineering, supplemented by applicable work experience.
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in people management, with a proven track record of team leadership.
* Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to absorb and interpret data and information, driving informed decision-making.
