Job Title: Operations Manager Location: Dublin 12 Position Overview: As a Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Hygiene management services.
You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and safe pest control services delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise your team.
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Delegation, time management, and prioritisation of tasks.
Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, and discipline employees.
Operational Excellence: Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
Supervise the Company's supply chain and inventory.
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise service routes and schedules.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
Compliance and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, whilst at all times complying with legal regulations.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimise accidents and hazards within the workplace.
Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with customers and address their inquiries and concerns promptly.
Identify opportunities for service improvement and recommend changes based on customer feedback.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and adherence to financial targets.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
Examine the Company's financial data and use your findings to improve profitability.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and evaluate operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of waste collection, disposal, and recycling activities.
Qualifications: Operations Management, Business Management or a related field Proven experience in pest hygiene management or a related industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of pest management regulations and best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
