Key Responsibilities
Support the retail team to ensure smooth daily operations
Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
Assist with stock management, merchandising, and store presentation
Handle transactions and ensure accurate cash handling
Maintain a clean and safe environment for both customers and animals
Requirements
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Previous retail experience in a similar role
Animal knowledge is essential
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
