Job Title: Structural Design Manager
We are seeking a top-performing Structural Design Manager to lead our structural design team and deliver high-quality projects.
* This is a leadership role requiring the ability to manage, mentor, and guide engineers and designers to achieve project objectives.
* You will oversee the preparation of structural engineering designs, calculations, drawings, and technical reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
* Detailed design reviews, quality checks, and technical approvals will be performed to guarantee the highest level of quality.
* You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including Civil, MEP, Architecture, and BIM to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Effective time management, resource allocation, and prioritization skills are essential to meet project deadlines.
* You will represent the team in client meetings, technical discussions, and progress reviews, providing clear communication and updates.
* This role requires the ability to support continuous improvement initiatives and adopt modern design tools and workflows.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
* A minimum of 7–10 years relevant experience in structural engineering design, preferably in consultancy environments.
* Proficiency in engineering design and drafting software, such as Robot, STAAD.Pro, QSE, or similar tools, to produce detailed and high-standard technical designs and drawings.
* Strong working knowledge of structural analysis software, including Robot, STAAD.Pro, QSE, or similar tools.
* Proven track record of delivering medium-to-large scale projects within consultancy environments, demonstrating exceptional project management skills.
