Strategic HR Partner
We are seeking an experienced professional to support the development of solutions that address client needs while connecting human resource strategy and business strategy.
* Collaborate with leaders on organisational and human resource-related issues, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
* Mentor management and facilitate decisions regarding organisation roles, staffing, and development plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Partner with Compensation on role definition, external comparables/market value of position, and annual compensation, ensuring fairness and equity.
Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify issues to find and resolve root causes and resolving employee relations cases, maintaining a positive work environment.
* Facilitate decisions regarding organisation roles, staffing, development plans, leadership planning, inclusion, and internal employee mobility, promoting diversity and equity.
* Support the Talent and Performance Management process, ensuring that employees have the skills and training needed to succeed in their roles.
