About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. This is a full-time position that requires excellent leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for managing key functions in the hotel, including overseeing the daily operations, maintaining service and product standards, and ensuring that all departments are running smoothly. You will also be responsible for managing and supporting team members, providing training and development opportunities, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have a mature and positive attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding guest expectations.
