Quality Manager
The role of Quality Manager is to ensure the highest standards of product quality, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction in Sligo, Ireland.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee the production process to guarantee that all products meet end-user requirements, regulatory standards, and internal quality benchmarks.
* Lead a high-performing QA team by providing guidance, mentorship, and support on quality and compliance matters.
* Coordinate with regulatory bodies (FDA, HPRA, etc.) and customers to prepare for successful audits/inspections and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Maintain a proactive approach to CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions) implementation, monitoring, and follow-up.
* Foster cross-functional collaboration to address quality concerns, enhance processes, and ensure ongoing cGMP compliance.
* Drive departmental growth by attracting, developing, and retaining skilled QA professionals who embody the company's values and mission.
