* Implement training programmes, cross-train staff, and adapt to varied learning styles.
* Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
* Use technology to analyse data, track sales, and plan for growth.
* Foster a vibrant sales and performance culture, carrying out regular performance reviews.

* Comfortable with all aspects of in-store activity, including manual handling, forklift driving.
