Senior Quantity Surveyor Data Centre Fit-Out (MEP) Location: North London / Hertfordshire, UK Company Type: Data Centre Fit-Out Contractor Salary: STG £80K - £90K plus package DOE Job Type: Permanent Our client is a growing specialist contractor delivering high-value data centre and mission critical fit-out projects across the UK and Europe. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong MEP and commercial fit-out background to join their UK team. This is a hybrid role, however regular attendance at the Hertfordshire office and project meetings will be required. Key Responsibilities Commercial management of data centre fit-out and MEP packages Management of subcontractor procurement, variations, and accounts Preparation of CVRs, forecasts, and commercial reporting Contract administration and change management Cost control and margin management across projects Support project delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle Client and subcontractor liaison Assist with tender reviews and commercial input on new projects Requirements Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar Proven experience working on data centre, MEP, or mission critical projects Strong commercial and contractual knowledge Experience managing subcontract packages and variations Excellent communication and reporting skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK/Europe if required This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and expanding contractor involved in some of the most technically challenging projects in the sector.
