Beneavin Campus - emeis Ireland are looking for Kitchen Assistant to join our team to enhance and support an excellent quality of daily life for our residents.
we are recruiting for Beneavin Campus, Finglas.
Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation: Assisting with the preparation of meal ingredients, including washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruits, vegetables, poultry, and meat.
Cleaning and Sanitizing: Properly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas, washing and storing cooking appliances, utensils, and dishes.
Inventory Management: Assisting with inventory control, organizing and storing food supplies, and ensuring that the kitchen is adequately stocked.
Maintaining Hygiene: Ensuring that all kitchen areas are clean and meet established standards of hygiene.
Supporting the Chef: Working under the supervision of a chef to ensure that everything is done in a timely and professional manner.
Waste Management: Removing Food waste, washing garbage cans, and clearing refrigerators, freezers, and storage rooms.
We expect:
· Good organizational and time management skills,
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
· Knowledge of food health and safety regulations are added advantage
