We are seeking an experienced Professional to provide administrative and secretarial services in a law firm setting.
* Arrange internal and external meetings, booking rooms and conference facilities as required.
* Coordinate with attendees to arrange catering and technical equipment.
* Provide guidance and support to junior team members, facilitating their development.
* Manage deadlines and expectations of fee earners.
* Organize travel arrangements through our portal.
* Liaise with third-party providers to obtain visas and create detailed itineraries.
You will work collaboratively with the team to:
1. Support fee earners with meeting preparation and organization.
2. Utilize document production software to create initial drafts.
3. Understand and manage document management processes, including IManage.
4. Maintain file management best practices.
