We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Social Care Workers or Assistant Support Workers. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care services to our service users.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting people with their daily lives, including assisting with personal care, cooking, cleaning, and education. They will also be required to maintain professional working relationships with our team members and service users.
As a Social Care Worker or Assistant Support Worker, you will contribute to enriching the lives of our service users by supporting them in reaching their full potential and achieving meaningful outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* No qualification is required for Assistant Support Worker (all necessary training will be provided)
* Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline is required for Social Care Workers (must be registered with CORU)
* Relevant life experience is desirable but not essential
* Good attitude to work and passion for supporting people are essential
* Full Driver's Licence is required or in the process of achieving a Full Driver's Licence
