Employee Relations Specialist
This role involves providing strategic support to the management team with day-to-day HR operations, ensuring accurate records and compliance.
* Oversight of daily HR administration
* Supporting Heads of Department with recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
* Fostering strong employee engagement through effective communication and HR initiatives
The ideal candidate will possess a qualification in Human Resources or a similar field, a minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR role, and exceptional interpersonal, organisational, and conflict-management skills.
