A leading engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee utilities and civil works on a major infrastructure project at Dublin Airport. This is a key role responsible for managing the delivery of high-value civil and utilities packages, ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, and within budget in a live airport environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the delivery of utilities and civil works on a large-scale infrastructure project
Oversee all aspects of project execution from planning through to completion
Coordinate with clients, airport authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
Ensure all works are delivered in line with project specifications, programme, and budget
Manage project schedules, resources, and procurement requirements
Monitor progress and provide regular reporting to senior management and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all health & safety, quality, and environmental standards, particularly within a live operational environment
Identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Drive programme performance and ensure key milestones are achieved
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering utilities and/or civil infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of drainage, ducting, roadworks, and underground services
Experience working in live environments (airports or similar complex infrastructure projects is highly desirable)
Background in civil engineering or a related discipline
Experience managing large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects
