Your Role:
As PIC, you'll oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with HIQA standards, lead and support your team, and champion person-centred care. You'll manage resources, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of respect, safety, and compassion.
What We're Looking For:
* Registered with the
NMBI
with active registration
* At least
3 years' senior nursing management experience
in residential care
* Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and the Health Act 2007
* Proven leadership, organisation, and communication skills
* A genuine passion for quality care and resident empowerment
