Human Resources Generalist
This is a key opportunity for an experienced HR professional to deliver high-level services and ensure alignment with business objectives. The successful candidate will operate strategically and operationally to manage and develop key priorities and processes across the employee lifecycle.
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring a seamless experience for all employees.
* Develop strong working relationships with managers and employees, providing advisory and coaching support in relation to employee relations, wellbeing, and other HR related matters.
* Work with managers and stakeholders to build capability and enhance employee engagement.
* Act as a health and safety ambassador, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
* Deliver an effective and streamlined HR administration service.
* Analyse HR data, highlighting trends and prepare insightful reports to support informed decision making.
* Support the delivery of key projects and initiatives in line with the HR strategy and organisational objectives.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in delivering HR strategies, including talent acquisition, recognition, engagement and wellbeing. Previous experience in the technology industry is required.
