Job DescriptionSupervising Pharmacist – Dublin 16Full-Time | 6-Month Initial TermPharmacy open 7 days/week | Weekday shifts until 9pm | Rotating weekends & varied shift patternAbout the Role:We are seeking a Supervising Pharmacist for a busy, well-established pharmacy located in Dublin 16. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified pharmacist to lead a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact within a professional and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:Accurately and efficiently dispense medications in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, the wider community, and suppliers.Manage stock levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth daily operations.Ensure compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain accurate records.Collaborate with the pharmacy owners to ensure optimal store performance.Support general pharmacy operations and contribute positively to the team culture.Requirements:A BSc (Pharm) or MPharm qualification.Current registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Excellent initiative, time management, and problem-solving abilities.Flexibility to work a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts as part of a rotating schedule.Why Join Us?Leadership opportunity in a busy, respected pharmacy.Work within a supportive team environment.Gain diverse experience through varied shifts and responsibilities.Interested?
