Key Responsibilities:
As the Group Finance Director, you will be responsible for:
* Developing and executing the group's financial strategy to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
* Overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
* Providing strategic advice to the executive team and board on financial performance and opportunities.
* Managing financial risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining robust internal controls.
* Leading and mentoring a high-performing finance team across multiple locations.
* Collaborating with operational leaders to optimize revenue management and cost efficiency.
* Driving technology and process improvements to enhance financial reporting and decision-making.
* Evaluating investment opportunities, acquisitions, and new projects to support the group's strategic objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven track record as a senior finance leader, ideally in the hospitality or service sector.
* Professional accounting qualification.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience in financial modelling and strategic planning.
* Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop diverse teams.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-entity financial operations.
* Exceptional analytical skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
* Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and financial best practices is a strong advantage.
