The Role of an Access to Care Advisor
Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting hospital admissions and outpatients as required in the Radiology Department
* Admitting patients in a timely manner, handling cash and ensuring accurate end-of-day balancing
* Managing queries with the wider team, multitasking in a demanding environment
* Maintaining confidentiality of patient information while utilizing multiple systems
* Liaising with teams to ensure safe record handling and completing regular audits as needed
This role requires flexible working, including occasional late evenings and Saturdays. You will have excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to use Microsoft Office suite applications.
