Senior Paid Search Manager - Up to €80,000
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Paid Search Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of our global paid search campaigns. You will drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through data-driven decision-making and best-in-class SEM practices, managing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube, and other platforms. The role is up to €80,000 plus 20% bonus.
The role includes full campaign management, budget oversight, performance analysis, and reporting, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable ROI. You will mentor junior team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness across international markets.
The ideal candidate will have SEM experience, strong analytical and technical skills, and a proven track record in scaling campaigns globally. Experience in mobile app acquisition, e-commerce, or digital services is a plus.
