Job Title: Social Care Leader
Brothers of Charity Services Ireland is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Care Leader to join our team on a fixed-term, full-time basis. This exciting opportunity will allow you to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
* Lead and manage a team of social care professionals to ensure excellent standards of care.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Recognized qualification in nursing or social care (RNIQ desirable).
* Minimum 5 years' experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
* At least 3 years' experience in a management or supervisory role in health or social care.
* Management qualification (Fetac Level 6 minimum).
* Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
* Full clean driving license.

Other Information:
Please note that as a Social Care Leader, you will be required to participate in an on-call system to respond to emergencies within the community services.
Candidates who are placed on a panel will be considered for subsequent vacancies for up to one year.
