Job Description
This is a part-time position requiring a flexible individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Retail and luxury industry, preferably within the Fragrance, Beauty, Fashion, and Luxury Goods sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
* Determine customer needs and suggest relevant products by listening and sharing product knowledge.
* Ensure quality, customer service, and health and safety standards are met.
* Educate customers about Beauty and Skin Care products and assist in maintaining counter standards of cleanliness and organization.
* Manage customer feedback and queries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with department managers and clients.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should possess high-standard communication skills and relevant experience in the Retail and luxury industry.
