Oversee creative direction for campaigns, photography, and video content, ensuring brand consistency across all channels and materials.B2B Marketing & Trade:Lead B2B marketing initiatives, managing relationships with wholesale and trade partners. Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to enhance the wholesale customer experience and support sales growth.E-Commerce Management:Oversee all online sales channels (B2C and B2B), including website performance, customer engagement, and P&L responsibility. Drive site development, user experience improvements, and digital sales optimisation through data-driven insights.Digital Marketing:Work with internal and external partners to define digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, paid social, and email campaigns). Utilise analytics to inform decisions and strengthen online visibility and conversion.Team & Stakeholder Management:Manage and mentor a team of marketing and e-commerce professionals, fostering skill development and collaboration.
