About Your New Job
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placing them with clients.
You'll build lasting relationships with clients and candidates, becoming a trusted advisor in the Galway market.
Recruitment is a sales role, so you will be working on selling over the phone and in person, both to companies and candidates alike, to build your reputation as the go-to person in your market.
You will have the autonomy to develop your own client portfolio, identify new business opportunities, and maintain a high level of service delivery.
You will be involved in a wide variety of tasks from one hour to the next - sales, negotiation, marketing, interviewing, CV writing, interview preparation.
There is never a dull moment in recruitment and there's always something to do!
What Skills You Need
Previous experience in recruitment or sales is essential (previous industry experience in hospitality or retail tends to translate well).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
A hard-working, self-driven attitude.
An optimistic, positive outlook.
A love of problem solving and an inquisitive (some might say, nosey!) mindset.
