AECOM is looking for recent graduates in Quantity Surveying to join our cost management teams in Ireland. The role will involve working on local projects and collaborating with teams across Ireland, the UK and potentially beyond.
Responsibilities
The role encompasses all stages of a project, from definition to construction and site use. Typical tasks include:
Cost modelling and cost planning
Value and risk analysis
Procurement and tender management
Compilation of contract documentation
Attendance at site progress meetings
Completion of valuations
Review and management of change control procedures

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (min 2:1 or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying, Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management, or Quantity Surveying & Construction Economics (preferably RICS/SCSI accredited)
Permanent right to work in the UK and/or Ireland (no visa sponsorship)
Skills

Commitment to meeting deadlines set by clients and managers
