Our mission is to deliver authentic, premium-condition vehicles while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and care.Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Vehicle Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for perfection, a passion for what they do and experience maintaining vehicles to show-quality standards. This role involves preparing imported JDM vehicles for display, sale, and delivery — ensuring each car reflects the exceptional quality our customers expect.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform full interior and exterior detailing, including washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and upholstery cleaning.Conduct paint correction, ceramic coating, and engine bay detailing as required.Inspect vehicles upon arrival and identify areas needing reconditioning or cosmetic repair.Prepare vehicles for photography, marketing, and handover to clients.Maintain detailing supplies, tools, and cleanliness of the workspace.Assist with basic mechanical checks or cosmetic touch-ups when needed.Follow all safety and environmental procedures related to detailing products and equipment.Collaborate sales teams to meet deadlines for vehicle presentation and delivery.Maintain vehicles on site and ensure they are safely parked/stored.Qualifications & SkillsProven experience as an automotive detailer, preferably with experience of working with classic & retro cars.Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.Knowledge & passion for carsKnowledge of detailing products, materials & techniquesReliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a small team.Excellent time management and organisation skillsValid driver's license with a clean driving record.BenefitsCompetitive hourly wage or salary (commensurate with experience).Opportunity to work with rare and iconic JDM vehicles.Growth potential within a specialised automotive company.Supportive team environment with a passion for cars and quality.Dedicated detailing bay and flexibility/control to manage detailing/preparation section of businessJob Type: Full-timePay: €27,000.00-€35,000.00 per yearBenefits:Employee discountSick payExperience:Detailing: 2 years (preferred)Location:Mullingar, CO.
