Our client, a Dublin-based NGO with approx.40 staff, is seeking an experiencedInterim HR Managerto provide hands-on HR support throughout January while their HR consultant is on leave.This is a busy period with multiple live recruitment processes and ongoing employee relations needs.This can be part time (3.5 days per week) and must be based onsite.ResponsibilitiesLead several active recruitment campaigns (shortlisting, scheduling, interviews, compliance).Manage onboarding/offboarding, probation, and general ER matters.Support managers with practical day-to-day HR guidance.Progress updates to the staff handbook and other policy work.Work closely with the CEO and senior team, handling issues independently and sensitively.ExperienceHR Manager or senior HR generalist with strong operational HR experience.Confident working autonomously in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.ER, recruitment, and performance management expertise.Knowledge of public-sector pay structures is an advantage.To discover more contact Sinead Connolly in HRM Search Partners on or click to apply.*Please note visa sponsorship is not available and applicants must be eligible to work in Ireland*
