About the Role:
As a Social Care Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and contributing to enriching the lives of our Service Users. You will work in a Residential Home setting, completing various tasks such as updating Individual Risk Management Plans, preparing daily planners, and ensuring files are organized.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Management Team and relevant Departmental Functions
* Manage and book Individuals' health related appointments
* Update Individual Risk Management Plans in consultation with the PIC / Deputy Managers and Key Worker
* Ensure Key Workers / Support Staff are completing the Individual Finance Checklist
* Ensure files are up to date and organised in a neat and tidy fashion
* Typing up and making available team meeting minutes through SharePoint
* Ensuring all Incident, Accident and Daily Reports are completed for the previous week
* Ensuring fire drills are completed by the designated person
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are seeking an individual with the following skills and qualifications:
* Qualification: NFQ level 6 or above in healthcare or a related discipline
* Knowledge: Knowledge of social care or a health-related sector
* Experience: 2 Years' previous experience in a social care setting or a health-related discipline
* Skills:
o Excellent communication skills
o Proficient in written communication skills such as report writing
o Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
o Excellent interpersonal skills
o Administrative experience
o Proficient in IT skills: MS Office
