System Administrator Role
This position is responsible for optimising operations through the CRM platform Salesforce.
1. Oversee administrative and support functions, working closely with different departments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Create and maintain a responsive and dynamic Salesforce platform that operates bilaterally.
3. Ensure data management is robust and can support complex internal and external reporting needs of senior management.
4. Support frontline staff to better manage participant needs on a day-to-day basis.
Main responsibilities include:
* Serve as an administrator for the CRM System.
* Manage the CRM application, providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and issues through troubleshooting.
* Work alongside the Data Systems Manager to build effective ways to collect data to meet KPIs of different teams in the organisation.
Other duties may be assigned to contribute to the development of the post.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
* Strong organisational and administrative skills, with high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Creative and analytical thinker with ability to analyse and solve complex problems.
* Experience with CRM System Salesforce preferred.
