Occupational Therapist Leadership Opportunity
Enable Ireland is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to lead our Children's Disability Network Team. This role offers the chance to drive innovation and make a meaningful impact on children's lives.
As a Senior Grade Occupational Therapist, you will oversee a comprehensive range of occupational therapy services for children and young people (0–18 years) and their families. You will work within a dynamic interdisciplinary framework, delivering expert assessments and interventions through a family-centred approach. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and managing complex caseloads with expert assessments and interventions.
* Providing clinical supervision and mentorship to junior staff members.
* Driving service planning, innovation, and development within the occupational therapy discipline.
* Collaborating with families and other agencies to ensure integrated, evidence-based care.
* Representing the occupational therapy profession at internal and external meetings.
