Commercial Product Support Specialist
The position entails leading and managing field escalations, complaints, and investigations.
* Ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate progress.
* Hands-on experience with medical device instrumentation for troubleshooting and root cause investigation.
* Experience in data analysis using analytical tools to identify system performance issues.

Key Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, System, Electrical, Biomedical Engineering or Software).
* Minimum 3 years' relevant experience.
* Knowledge of regulations in the medical device industry.
