Role Overview: As a Project Manager, you will play a critical leadership role overseeing high-profile projects from inception to handover.
You will manage all aspects of project delivery, ensuring client requirements are met while maintaining strict control over quality, cost, and programme.

Key Responsibilities: Manage projects from set-up to handover and post-project evaluation.
Establish performance and delivery criteria, ensuring all client requirements are met.
Ensure full compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Execute projects through the companys Quality and Project Management system and processes.
Maintain accurate project information within a structured filing system for easy access and historical tracking.
Track and report on project progress at weekly client update meetings.
Plan and manage resources, including labour, materials, and subcontractors.
Lead and drive large project teams to meet all project objectives and deadlines.
Collaborate with the Site Safety Officer to ensure the highest health and safety standards on-site.
Liaise with clients on the development and implementation of project KPIs.
Requirements: Degree qualified in Engineering (additional qualifications are an advantage).
5+ years of proven experience in Project Management, ideally with a main contractor.
Proficient in project planning software such as ASTA or MS Project.
Demonstrated ability to take full responsibility for large-scale projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Strong leadership experience managing diverse teams and working collaboratively with senior management.
Excellent communication skills with experience delivering medium to large-scale projects across Pharma, Industrial, Commercial, Education, Health, and Data Center sectors.
Experience in delivering large hotel projects would be a distinct advantage.
Ability to analyze and interpret complex contractual documents.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
