Healthcare Cleaning Position
Broadline Recruiters are seeking experienced hospital cleaning staff for an immediate start. The suitable candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant experience and 5 years of overall work experience.
* The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a hospital or nursing home cleaning setting or come from a high volume contract cleaning background.
* Excellent written and verbal English skills are essential.
* Ability to adapt to new healthcare environments is crucial.
Candidates will be required to join a friendly and motivated team, working in some of the largest healthcare settings. Their key responsibilities include:
1. Carrying out day-to-day cleaning duties in hospital wards and public areas.
2. Ensuring daily cleaning of toilets, shower facilities, wards, corridors, public areas, and adhering to a detailed cleaning schedule.
3. Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting all handrails, door handles, stairwells, and surfaces in public areas.
Additional tasks include deep cleaning of wards, vacuuming, mopping, using a buffer on a daily basis, and ensuring food hygiene and health and safety regulations are strictly followed at all times.
