Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Galway. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and guiding clients through their vehicle purchasing journey. Key responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, maintaining in-depth knowledge of vehicle specifications, and managing administrative processes related to sales. The role also involves collaborating with other team members to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and seamless delivery experiences.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of the automotive industry and an understanding of vehicle specifications and features is a plus.
Customer service and client engagement skills, ensuring excellent customer interactions and satisfaction.
Proficiency in basic administrative tasks, including managing customer records and sales documentation.
Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Prior experience in automotive sales or retail is beneficial.
Possession of a valid driver’s license is required.
