About the Position
* Support the Director of Nursing in daily clinical and operational management.
* Lead, mentor and motivate the nursing and care teams.
* Ensure delivery of safe, person-centred care in line with HIQA standards.
* Oversee care planning, medication management and clinical audits.
* Participate in policy development and quality improvement initiatives.
* Foster a positive working culture focused on teamwork, compassion and excellence.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
* Active NMBI registration.
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a senior nursing role, ideally within the care of the elderly sector.
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
* A genuine commitment to providing outstanding care and promoting residents' quality of life.
