Senior Estimator Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for producing detailed, costed estimates for complex civil engineering and utility projects.
This role requires strong commercial acumen, technical knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management skills. You will analyze scopes of work, drawings, specifications, and client pricing documentation to ensure accurate bidding.
1. Develop fully costed, analytical estimates for civil engineering and utility projects.
2. Raise technical and commercial queries with clients and incorporate responses into bids.
3. Obtain quotations from vendors or subcontractors and perform analysis from a technical and commercial viewpoint.
Requirements
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Economics, or Quantity Surveying.
* 10 years experience in a similar role with exceptional analytical, numeric, and IT skills.
* Negotiation, influencing, communication, project management, and planning skills.
