* Develop strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams and effectively communicate with them.
* Support colleagues, act as preceptor to students, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
* Promote evidence-based practice through clinical audit and research activity.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional patient care and safety standards.
* Maintain specialist knowledge in nursing practices related to the orthopaedic area.
* Familiarize yourself with Isoft and other IT systems used in the patient pathway.
