We are open 7 days per week, from 8am to 4pm from Monday to Friday and 9 to 4pm on the weekends.
As Head Chef you will be responsible for:
Full running of kitchen and kitchen team.
Rostering and Holiday approval
Point of Contact for disputes
Responsible for margin management
Fostering a unified and well functioning team
Hiring of new kitchen team members
Managing waste and ordering
Requirements:
2 years experience necessary
Must live in Cork City, Ireland.
Full-time
Available for weekends
Night shifts when necessary
