Shopfitting Contracts Manager
Deliver bespoke solutions for high street retailers as an experienced contracts manager.
* Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
* Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to guarantee project success.
* Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
* Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
* Review and approve payment applications from contractors and suppliers.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in shopfitting or interior fit-out for city centre and urban retail projects.
* A trade and/or technical qualification is essential.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to support estimating and tendering.
* A track record of successful project delivery and final account closure.
