The Product Delivery Management team works closely with engineering, product and data groups to build empowered, autonomous and multi-disciplinary teams delivering the right product, in the right way, as quickly and efficiently as possible.
As a Product Delivery Manager, you will play a vital role in enabling and amplifying product vision and strategy, translating direction into action by building delivery structures, fostering alignment, and supporting cross-functional coordination. You will work closely with engineering and product leadership to create clarity, surface risks and dependencies, and drive the execution of business-critical work.
The Product Delivery Manager role located in Dublin, Ireland will be specifically aligned to supporting Bloomberg Data License. Bloomberg Data License provides billions of data points daily spanning Reference, ESG, Pricing, Risk, Regulation, Fundamentals, Estimates, Historical data and more to help clients streamline operations and discover new investment opportunities. Data License content aligns with the data on the Bloomberg Terminal to support investment workflows consistently and at scale across enterprises.
Our rapidly growing Dublin presence specifically focuses on Data License Plus, which unifies and publishes licensed data directly to cloud platforms like Snowflake and Databricks.
You'll partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Partners to support the delivery of tools and services that underpin both internal workflows and customer-facing products. Our engineering teams are responsible for building scalable, reliable software infrastructure and experiences that serve a wide range of users, from internal teams to global clients.
We're seeking experienced strategic execution leaders who bring a structured, strategic lens to complex environments, people who are energized by building partnerships, creating alignment, and driving outcomes.
This position is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in our Dublin office.
We will trust you to:
* Guide and advise leadership in communicating and amplifying product vision, goals and strategic themes
* Understand, evaluate and govern value streams
* Partner with Engineering and Product to help develop and track product roadmaps
* Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives throughout the product development lifecycle from inception through launch
* Set the right expectations with stakeholders, see around corners, anticipate and mitigate risks
* Excel in managing initiatives but also keep an eye on the big picture and not be afraid to upend existing systems and processes if need be
* Assess, adapt and introspect right-fit delivery framework (methodologies, tools and techniques) most appropriate to help the team achieve their goal as efficiently as possible
* Improve team's performance by helping them to continuously reflect and improve, encouraging team cohesiveness through leadership and mentoring to facilitate successful delivery
Be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring good judgment and flexibility
You will need to have:
* Hands on experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
* Experience working with lean approaches and agile development practices
* Direct work experience in large scale program management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution, experience with client journeys, and demonstrated ability to synthesize process data
* Proven understanding of the product life cycle
* Experience working and leading in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team within an interactive process
* Foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure, architecture
* Foundational knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and software development methodologies
* High motivated, self-directed individual with the ability to work independently
* Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* Results-oriented attitude and ability to follow through on tasks in a timely and responsible manner
* Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments
* Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision making, interpersonal and communication skills
BA, BS, MS, PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related technology field
We'd love to see:
* An understanding in the finance and data domain
* An understanding of large scale software or system infrastructure
* An understanding of some key technologies behind AI (ML, LLM, time-series, etc)
* Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Professional (CSM or CSP)
* Experience in leading or being part of Agile transformation in an organization that previously followed traditional/waterfall software development processes
* Experience using JIRA for planning and tracking
* PMP, SAFe Certification
