Retail Branch Manager
Key responsibilities of the Retail Branch Manager role include delivering results, developing a team, and driving continuous improvement to achieve store objectives.
* Health & Safety: Lead by example in promoting a strong safety culture and ensure all safety procedures are known, understood, and followed.
* People Management: Motivate and develop your team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business goals.
* Sales & Performance: Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs, monitor and analyse departmental sales performance, and take proactive action to drive results.
* Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve customer queries effectively, and review customer feedback regularly.
The ideal candidate will have proven ability to analyse and drive sales performance, strong leadership and people management skills, and excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Minimum 5 years' retail experience, including team management, is required for this position. A Retail Management or Business qualification is also desirable.
