The Role
As Clinical Nurse Manager 2, you'll lead a dynamic team supporting adults with intellectual disabilities. You'll champion human rights, foster community integration, and ensure high standards of care and governance.
Person Specification
* Lead and coordinate person-centred services aligned with HSE policy and regulations.
* Drive community inclusion and active citizenship.
* Support staff performance and service delivery with strong leadership and oversight.
* Maintain compliance with best practice and relevant legislation.
* NMBI registration
* 5+ years post-registration experience
* Management qualification and minimum 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
* Sound understanding of the legislative and policy framework foundation and standards and best practice methodology that apply in the disability sector
* Full clean driving licence and access to own car is essential
* Exhibit an excellent knowledge / understanding of developments in HSE Social Care Policy and national regulations,particularly HIQA'sNational Standards for Residential Services for Children and Adults with Disabilitiesand Time to Move on from Congregated Settings - A strategy for Community Inclusion.
