Springboard Communications is looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Manager to join our team.
This is an opportunity to lead and deliver impactful communications campaigns across a mix of corporate and public sector clients.
You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, executing high-quality media and content strategies, and mentoring junior colleagues, with strong support from our senior leadership team.

What You'll Do
Manage client accounts, ensuring smooth delivery of projects and campaigns.
Support in developing strategic communications plans that align with client goals.
Lead media outreach and journalist engagement — securing meaningful coverage.
Create and review content i.e. media releases, op-eds, digital copy, reports, and more.
Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resource planning.
Guide and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative culture.
Stay on top of media trends and new platforms.
Collaborate on new business proposals and sector insight development.
