Dentaltech Group is a leading digital dentistry company, providing scanning, 3D printing, digital X-rays, and clinical services across Ireland.
This role is for an experienced Front of House Manager/Dental Receptionist who will manage the reception and associated administration duties to ensure the smooth running of our Terenure clinic and assist other locations as needed.
Duties include
Managing calls (External and Internal) from multiple lines, ensuring no calls go unanswered
Creating and overseeing the schedules for our clinics and booking patients across the departments to ensure a tight schedule
Managing our patient booking system and improving attendance
Organising and managing the incoming and outgoing lab work for patients to ensure efficiency and smooth delivery of care to our clients
Reception/administration duties including phone answering, patient set up, ensuring the reception and all patient areas are clean and up to standard for our patients at all times, rebooking patients, managing payments and other duties associated with the reception
Managing team schedules, ordering and working as part of the management team
Offering all of our new and existing patients a 5 star service
Ensuring that all patients receive a genuine, warm, friendly and courteous welcome on arrival and throughout their stay
Responding to all queries and requests in an appropriate and timely manner
Following proper opening and closing procedures for each shift
Working closely with our nursing home and patient CRMs
Managing the team and supporting a growth strategy for the clinic
Personal Requirements
The successful candidate
Will have minimum 3 years experience in the dental industry and have a strong understanding of dental and denture appointments and terminology
Management experience and overseeing a team is required
Will have a strong focus on providing consistently high standards of customer service, administration and teamwork
Must be highly efficient and organised
Must have very confident communication manner
Must have the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
Further Details
There will be a requirement for flexibility in relation to the rota to facilitate the uninterrupted service to patients
Strong organisational skills and an aptitude for details are essential
Previous experience in an industry such as dental/medical or pharma is essential
A working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word and Excel) and Outlook systems is a necessity
Training in HR or team management and culture is a distinct advantage
Experience with appointment booking systems would be a distinct advantage
Full Time Role
